Little League
A great first step into the sport and a valuable stepping stone toward club or school volleyball teams.
TK Rise Little League is designed for beginner and intermediate athletes in 4th-9th grade who want to learn and develop their volleyball skills in a supportive, team-based environment without the time, travel, and financial commitment of a traditional club volleyball season.
Little League provides a structured path to build skills, confidence, and a stronger understanding of the game. Interested in joining a team? Come to tryouts!
What Athletes Will Learn
As their skills develop, athletes will also learn how those fundamentals come together during gameplay. Practices will introduce and reinforce systems such as serve receive, offense, defense, rotations, and basic game strategy, giving athletes the opportunity to understand not just how to perform a skill, but when and why to use it.

Players will develop their throwing mechanics, toss and contact, serve placement, and serve consistency.

Athletes will improve their tracking skills, develop their footwork, including the drop-step, and regularly work towards confidence in serve receive and defense.

All athletes regardless of position will develop a basic understanding of the setting role and skills including tracking, hand shape, footwork and placement.

All athletes will develop their understanding of the approach, alignment, and contact for attacking. Front-row specific athletes will also develop their foundation of blocking skills.

All athletes will learn and develop their understanding of court zones, and position-based responsibilities. All teams will learn the basics of a 4-2 or 5-1 rotation based on the team.

Ages: 4th grade - 9th grade
Evaluations: September 29, 5:30-7:00 PM
Season #1: Oct - Dec (8 weeks) Season #2: Dec - Mar (8 weeks)
Weekly Practices: Fridays, 5:30–7:00 PM
Monthly Playdates: Included throughout the season
Season Fee: $350
Uniform Fee: $100

To continue expanding opportunities for young athletes, and give back to our communities, TK is committed to giving back $25 per athlete to their attached school program. To get your school involved, please email tkvbcinfo@gmail.com. Once the school is registered, they will be provided with their own flyer, QR code, and registration link to share with their families and easily track their numbers. For schools that have separate middle school and high school booster clubs, separate QR codes and registration links will be provided.
